Monologue Audition Coaching
- Actors can either bring in their own audition monologues or request suggestions for material. I have over 6,000 rarely done play, movie, and original monologues presently in our files.
- The sessions focus on first understanding the material, and then making specific choices that will best "sell" the actor.
- Every aspect of the audition is handled, including:
- What to do "before" the audition (preparation)
- How to break down material, personalize it, and make it your own
- How to enter the audition room
- How to give a "knock-out" audition
- What to say (and not to say)
- Knowing when to leave
- What to do after the audition
For actors needing to find and develop monologues for agent auditions, theater or film auditions or other castings, the five session package is highly recommended. Please be aware that the actor can arrange these sessions over any period of time. They may choose to have a session once a week or even once a month if they so wish. Sessions can be arranged around the actors work schedule and weekly availability. The five session package is good for one year.
Monologue Coaching + Consultation Sessions
- The first half of each of this 5 session series is open to career consultation advise and strategies. Actors are free to ask questions or discuss career choices.
- During the second half of the session the actor works on new monologues for auditions.
